Your ten-minute session
Start with A minor pentatonic, E minor pentatonic or G major pentatonic. The backing loop uses synthesised chords; choose a low volume and listen for the root.
Keep it musical
One clean phrase is more useful than a fast run you cannot repeat. Relax your fretting hand, alternate down and up picks when comfortable, and pause between phrases. Increase the tempo only when you can play evenly.
